We are seeking for an Account Manager!

What You Will Be Working On:

  • Onboard new partners and guide them through our platform;
  • Monitor and analyze customer accounts, proactively offering optimizations;
  • Conduct calls with publishers to gather insights and improve their experience;
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure top-tier service;
  • Work with the tech team to resolve technical issues efficiently;
  • Drive profit growth for partners through strategic optimizations;
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with all clients.

Your Background:

  • Fluent English and strong communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Google Drive tools and MS Excel;
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or support;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems;
  • Client-oriented with strong empathy and negotiation skills;
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively;
  • High level of autonomy and initiative;
  • Experience in RTB (Real-Time Bidding) a plus, but not mandatory.
