Responsibilities:

  • Publications in External Media: Build relationships with media and journalists. Ensure consistent, high-quality publications in relevant outlets to establish brand credibility;
  • Awards: Identify and apply for industry-relevant awards to boost visibility and enhance company reputation;
  • Event Planning: Organize and plan events, aligning with PR and marketing goals. Develop communication strategies around key events for maximum exposure and engagement;
  • Pitching Speakers: Proactively pitch company representatives as speakers at conferences, podcasts, and industry events;
  • Personal Brand Development: Assist key company figures in building and promoting their personal brands through LinkedIn, expert content, and thought leadership;
  • Review Platforms: Monitor and maintain communication on review platforms (G2, Trustpilot, etc.), ensuring positive brand representation;
  • Sales Materials Development: Create sales materials such as case studies, media kits, and one-pagers to support PR and sales teams;
  • Industry Organization Search & Evaluation: Identify and evaluate relevant industry bodies (TAG, IAB Tech Lab, etc.) for potential collaboration and membership;
  • Speech Writing: Prepare speeches and presentations for executives, ensuring alignment with company messaging;
  • Rebranding Initiatives: Manage external communication for rebranding efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and public perception management.

Hard Skills:

  • Proven success in media pitching (6+ publications per year in Tier 1 media outlets);
  • Experience executing a mix of free and paid PR activities (50/50 balance);
  • Success in identifying and applying for relevant industry awards;
  • Experience in personal brand development for key individuals;
  • Minimum 2 years in a PR role, focusing on strategic communications and media relations.
  • Fluent English (Upper Intermediate/Advanced);

Huge Plus:

  • Knowledge of the AdTech landscape and organizations (TAG, IAB, VideoWeek, etc.);
  • Experience with review platforms (G2, Trustpilot) and ensuring positive reviews;
  • Event planning and PR event coverage, including post-event analysis;
  • Expertise in rebranding strategies and aligning PR efforts with new branding initiatives;
  • Strong speech-writing skills and experience preparing executives for speaking engagements.
