About the job Business Development Manager

What You Will Be Working On:

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new SSP, DSP, and ADX companies via RTB and Prebid Server;
  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy across Europe, LATAM, APAC, and the US;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key programmatic industry partners;
  • Collaborate with technical teams for seamless SSP, DSP, and ADX integrations;
  • Analyze market trends to drive expansion and revenue growth;
  • Represent the company at AdTech conferences like DMEXCO, Prebid events, etc.

Your Background:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development in programmatic advertising/RTB;
  • Experience with SSPs, DSPs, or Ad Exchanges;
  • Strong knowledge of RTB, Prebid Server, and programmatic technologies;
  • Fluent English (Spanish is a huge plus);
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Flexibility to travel for industry events and meetings if needed.
