Adtech company in business since 2014. We've been working with a number of different ad types ad formats and know everything there is about ads. We're looking for seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Programmatic to lead and scale oRTB operations.
This pivotal role combines strategic leadership, team management, and hands-on expertise to drive revenue growth, optimize margins, and enhance profitability. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing teams, developing business strategies, and achieving measurable growth in a high-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including Account Managers (AMs), Business Development (BD), and technical specialists.
  • Define and implement team structures, assigning clear roles, responsibilities, and zones of accountability.
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-oriented culture, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Set and monitor KPIs for individual contributors and the department as a whole.
  1. Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan for the oRTB division, encompassing operational strategies, team development, and market expansion.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize margins and increase revenue, ensuring sustainable profitability.
  • Establish clear task distribution and workflows to ensure all initiatives are executed efficiently.
  1. Performance Analysis and Optimization
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing revenue streams, margins, and profitability metrics.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes and tools to monitor performance and adapt strategies.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports on growth metrics and operational efficiency for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Experience
  • Demonstrated experience as a department Head or Senior leader within the programmatic or Adtech ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in managing teams of diverse functions and sizes, with clear evidence of growth in revenue, margins, and profitability under your leadership.

  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, with the ability to translate goals into actionable roadmaps.
  • Expertise in open real-time bidding processes, technologies, and market trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using performance data to drive results.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills to motivate and align teams with organizational objectives.
