About the job Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Open RTB partners on a daily basis providing assistance with their daily operations,
  • Analyze metrics on the platform and apply the necessary optimizations to ensure growth of the assigned accounts,
  • Create reports per request of the team,
  • Assist customers with fixing technical issues in collaboration with the technical team,
  • Maintain warm and friendly relationships with all the clients.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in:
  • Digital Media Buying & Planning
  • Ad Operations
  • Client Services or Account Management
  • Programmatic Trading or Ad Tech Support
  • Basic understanding of the Programmatic Advertising Ecosystem, including:
  • Demand-Side Platforms (DSP)
  • Supply-Side Platforms (SSP)
  • Ad Exchanges and Real-Time Bidding (RTB)
  • Knowledge of advertising models: CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL.
  • Familiarity with privacy standards such as GDPR, CCPA.
