About the job Publisher Relations Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Process incoming publisher registrations and onboard them to our platform

  • Proactively monitor customer accounts, analyze their performance and reachout to publishers to offer optimizations where relevant.
  • Work with departments of Operations, Sales and Finance so best possibleservice is delivered to customer.
  • Resolve technical issues in cooperation with the tech team.

  • Execute product demos for potential customers.

  • Ensure an increase in the profit made by publishers on our platform.

  • Maintain warm and friendly relationships with all the clients.

Hard skills:

  • Upper-intermediate English.

  • Knowledge of Google Drive tools and MS Excel required.

  • Experience in customer service/customer support (1+ year) required.

  • Experience in IT (1+ year) will be a plus.

  • Experience with Google Ad Manager 360 will be a huge plus.

Soft skills:

  • Ability to think critically and analyze the data.

  • Result-oriented with good problem-solving and prioritization skills.

  • Client-oriented.

  • Empathy and negotiation skills.

  • Be attentive to details.

  • Have strong organizational skills.

  • Be able to work in conditions of multitasking
