About the job Publisher Relations Manager
What Youll Do:
- Facilitate onboarding of new publishers onto our platform, ensuring a smooth transition;
- Monitor customer accounts, analyze performance metrics, and proactively suggest optimizations;
- Conduct insightful calls with publishers to gather feedback and enhance our processes;
- Demonstrate our products through engaging demos to potential clients;
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to deliver top-tier service;
- Troubleshoot technical issues alongside our tech team to ensure prompt resolution;
- Drive increased profitability for publishers through strategic support;
- Foster warm, professional, and enduring relationships with clients to ensure their success.
Your Background:
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency;
- Proficient with Google Drive tools and MS Excel;
- 1+ year experience in customer service or support;
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
- Result-oriented with excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills;
- Client-focused mindset with negotiation capabilities;
- High attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Comfortable multitasking in a flexible, autonomous environment.
Will be a plus:
- 1+ year experience in IT;
- Knowledge of Header Bidding, OpenRTB, and programmatic advertising;
- Experience working with publishers, media groups, or app developers.
