Ad Operations (AdOps)

We're looking for a proactive Ad Operations Manager with deep expertise in the programmatic ecosystem. You should have experience working with both direct publishers and resellers, strong skills in SSP monetization, and the ability to manage multiple ad platforms to maximize performance.

Responsibilities:

• Tracking and control over the statistics and performance metrics/KPIs
• Onboarding of the new partners
• Ad operations of the onboarded companies (adjustment of the settings, black/whitelisting, endpoints management, discrepancy management)
• Direct communication with onboarded partners DSPs, publishers) in order to troubleshoot the daily activity
• Direct communication with teams (both business and tech) in order to detect and solve technical issues related to the platform or integrations
• Platform activity improvement in terms of traffic and demand optimization with the partners in the scope

Requirements:

Hard skills:

• Fluent English;
• Experience in Programmatic/ RTB ideally
• Experience at least somehow related to Ad Tech must
