This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who is looking to build a strong legal foundation while working alongside experienced legal professionals across a variety of practice areas. The successful candidate will possess exceptional legal writing abilities, sound analytical judgment, outstanding organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and case law analysis
- Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence
- Support senior attorneys with litigation strategy and case management
- Prepare discovery responses, document productions, and trial materials
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case progress
- Review legal documents for accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Stay current on changes in statutes, regulations, and applicable case law
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to achieve favorable client outcomes
- Manage assigned matters while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license and admission to practice law in the State of Colorado
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with sound professional judgment
- 0–3 years of legal experience
- U.S.-based applicants only
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting litigation or transactional matters
- Judicial clerkship, law review, moot court, or similar legal accomplishments
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Trial preparation or deposition experience
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing within a collaborative legal team
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuing legal education
HireNow Package
- Compensation: $110,000–$185,000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, professional development opportunities, and continuing legal education support
