HireNow Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine Physician or Pediatrician to join a thriving rural healthcare system in eastern Montana. About the Facility

• 25-bed critical access hospital providing essential care to the region

• Serves two local nursing homes (70 and 80 beds)

• Highly collaborative medical staff, including advanced practice providers

• Progressive, community-centered healthcare model with excellent support resources

• Known for fast turnaround and strong partnerships with providers

Position Highlights

• Schedule: 4.5-day work week

• Patient Load: ~1618 patients/day

• Scope: Care for patients of all ages, including newborns

• Procedures: Deliveries, newborn care, and minor office procedures; rounding as needed

• Support: Work closely with Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners in a collegial setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan

• Provide newborn care and attend deliveries when on call

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses, accidents, and minor injuries

• Perform routine office procedures and support inpatient rounding when necessary

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system

• Collaborate with care teams to ensure patient-centered, high-quality outcomes

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified (Family Medicine or Pediatrics)

• NRP certification required

• Active Montana license (or ability to obtain)

• 2+ years of post-residency experience preferred
