As a Transitions Advisor, you won't just be brokering deals; you'll be serving as a trusted consultant and strategic partner to practice owners navigating one of the most important financial decisions of their careers.
This is an excellent role for professionals who enjoy autonomy, thrive in a metrics-driven environment, and have a background in business transactions, small business sales, or healthcare M&A. You'll have access to robust internal support think vetted leads, proven buyer engagement strategies, admin assistance, and a smart CRM system so you can focus on doing what you do best: closing deals and delivering value.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Deal Management: Own the entire sales cycle from initial discovery call through close. Convert 20%+ of qualified appointments into signed advisory agreements.

Strategic Buyer Outreach: Implement and iterate on a proven outreach playbook to generate at least 3 competitive buyer offers per client listing.

Referral Channel Growth: Leverage your success to develop a referral pipeline, aiming for 2+ warm referrals per completed deal.

CRM Discipline: Maintain 90%+ compliance with all CRM tracking, outreach cadences, and follow-up workflows this isn't a role for note-takers, it's for closers who use systems.

Vertical Specialization: While you'll start in the veterinary sector, you'll be expected to become a subject matter expert in at least one healthcare vertical and partner on larger, strategic transactions.

Client Experience Leadership: Build authentic, high-trust relationships with sellers. You'll serve as both advisor and advocate, offering clarity during a time of big financial and emotional decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal leadership, marketing, operations, and deal support to push transactions forward efficiently and professionally.
