The Opportunity
HireNow Staffing is partnering with a top-tier national law firm to identify a seasoned Securities Litigation Associate Attorney to join a market-leading practice handling some of the most complex and high-stakes securities matters in the country.
This role is ideal for an associate who has thrived in elite, fast-paced litigation environments and is looking to deepen their experience in securities class actions, shareholder disputes, and regulatory investigations involving cutting-edge technology and life sciences companies.
Position Overview
The Securities Litigation practice represents public companies, boards, executives, and financial institutions in bet-the-company matters. Associates are trusted with meaningful responsibility early and work closely with partners on headline-making litigation and investigations.
You will be embedded in lean, highly collaborative teams where analytical rigor, writing excellence, and strategic judgment are essential.

4+ years of securities litigation or closely related civil/regulatory litigation experience

Prior experience at an Am Law 50 firm (required)

Excellent academic credentials

Demonstrated writing and analytical excellence

Stable employment history (no tenures under ~1.5 years)
Bar Admission
-
Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of the intended office or
-
Eligibility to waive in within 3–6 months
-
Sitting for a bar exam is not supported
Key Responsibilities
Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience with the following:

Representing issuers, executives, and boards in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation

Supporting internal investigations and responding to SEC and DOJ inquiries
-
Drafting substantive pleadings, motions to dismiss, discovery motions, and appellate briefs
-
Managing discovery, including document strategy and depositions
-
Assisting with case strategy, regulatory responses, and client counseling
-
Working directly with partners on high-stakes litigation and enforcement matters
Preferred Qualifications (Highly Valued)
Strong preference will be given to candidates with:

Experience handling technology or life sciences clients

Prior exposure to SEC enforcement or DOJ investigations

Comfort operating in lean, fast-moving litigation teams
