The Opportunity
HireNow Staffing is representing a fast-growing software development firm seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Graph Intelligence & Signals within its Risk Products portfolio.
This role sits at the core of a modern fraud prevention platform. The Senior Product Manager will own complex, data-intensive products that power fraud detection and risk decisioning at scale. Success in this role requires more than roadmap management—you must bring hands-on product discovery rigor, deep technical fluency, and the ability to translate advanced analytics into customer-ready capabilities.
This opportunity is best suited for product leaders who thrive at the intersection of data, engineering, and real-world risk problems.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates will be evaluated for interview consideration based on demonstrated ability to perform the following responsibilities:
-
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for graph intelligence and signals products, from discovery through delivery and continuous optimization
-
Translate complex technical concepts—including graph-based relationships, signals, and predictive models—into scalable, customer-facing features
-
Lead rigorous product discovery, partnering closely with engineering and data science to validate problems, test solutions, and prioritize impact
-
Enhance fraud detection capabilities and ensure seamless integration across a broader risk and decisioning platform
-
Drive product execution with clear requirements, success metrics, and delivery milestones
-
Use data, model feedback loops, and customer insights to continuously refine product performance and outcomes
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with go-to-market, sales, and customer-facing teams to support launches, adoption, and positioning
-
Communicate product vision, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Only candidates with proven ownership of complex, data-driven products will be considered.
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
These qualifications are mandatory. Candidates who do not meet all requirements will not be considered for interview.
-
4–6 years of product management experience
-
Demonstrated experience in data-driven product development
-
Strong technical understanding of predictive analytics, risk modeling, and graph-based systems
-
Proven ability to drive the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
-
Experience working closely with engineering and data science teams on technically complex products
-
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous SaaS or technology environments
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications (Strong Differentiators)
Candidates with the following experience will be viewed as standout applicants:
-
Hands-on experience enhancing fraud detection capabilities using graph intelligence or signal-driven approaches
-
Direct exposure to graph-based fraud detection tools or large-scale signal platforms
-
Track record of rigorous product discovery and data-informed decision-making
-
Experience supporting go-to-market strategy for complex, technical products
-
Execution-focused mindset with a history of delivering measurable product impact
Who This Role Is Best Suited For
-
Product leaders who enjoy solving hard, data-heavy problems
-
Professionals who balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
-
Candidates energized by owning products at the core of a platform, not the periphery
-
Individuals who value evidence-based decisions over opinion-driven roadmaps
