Compensation: $36.00 – $46.00 per hour
Assignment Length: Short-term temporary assignment (approximately a few months)

The Opportunity
HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for a top-tier law firm seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition & Development Coordinator to provide immediate support during a critical campus recruiting cycle in its Washington, D.C. office.
This is a priority, high-visibility assignment supporting attorney recruiting and development initiatives at a fast pace. The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, and able to step in quickly with minimal ramp-up. You will work alongside an experienced talent team to ensure recruiting activities run smoothly and professionally during a peak period.

Key Responsibilities
Candidates will be considered for interview based on demonstrated ability to perform the following responsibilities with precision and professionalism:

Provide hands-on support for campus recruiting activities in the Washington, D.C. office

Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and logistics with accuracy and responsiveness

Assist with recruiting events and programs, including preparation, execution, and follow-up

Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition & Development team to support ongoing hiring initiatives

Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with candidates, attorneys, and internal stakeholders

Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
These qualifications are mandatory. Candidates who do not meet all requirements will not be considered.

2+ years of recruiting experience

Prior experience supporting campus recruiting or early-career hiring

Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Polished demeanor and confidence working with senior professionals

Immediate availability for a short-term assignment
