HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Physical Therapist to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this outpatient rehabilitation and orthopedic care opportunity.
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist who is passionate about patient recovery, movement restoration, and long-term rehabilitation outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong outpatient experience, orthopedic rehabilitation expertise, and the ability to independently manage an active patient caseload within a collaborative clinical environment.
Position Overview
The Physical Therapist will provide patient-centered outpatient care focused on orthopedic and sports rehabilitation treatment plans. This role requires strong clinical decision-making, communication skills, and the ability to build trust with patients while collaborating closely with rehabilitation providers and clinical staff.
The selected candidate must be comfortable managing evaluations, treatment progression, patient education, and documentation while maintaining high-quality clinical standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services focused on orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
- Manage active patient caseloads efficiently while maintaining strong patient care standards
- Collaborate with rehabilitation professionals and clinical providers regarding treatment progression
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and recovery expectations
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Support clinic operations and contribute to rehabilitation program development
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Candidates must meet all of the following qualifications to be considered for interview:
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Iowa
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient or private practice Physical Therapy experience
- Orthopedic and/or sports rehabilitation background
- Comfortable independently managing a patient caseload
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Stable employment history with consistent clinical experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Private practice rehabilitation experience
- Sports injury rehabilitation experience
- Experience working in collaborative rehab or chiropractic environments
- Strong patient retention and relationship-building ability
- Experience contributing to treatment planning and clinic growth initiatives
