HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee operations across ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry units at a respected healthcare facility in Sanford, North Carolina. This leadership role is ideal for a registered nurse with a strong clinical background and a passion for staff development, quality improvement, and operational excellence.

Role Highlights:

As Nurse Manager, you will organize, lead, and supervise the daily operations of the ICU and Med/Surg/Telemetry units. This includes ensuring policy compliance, maintaining safe staffing levels, managing supplies and patient throughput, and supporting a culture of excellence in clinical care and employee performance.

You'll also serve as a key liaison between clinical staff and executive leadership helping to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee unit operations, staffing, and workflow

• Monitor adherence to clinical policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Drive performance improvement and staff development

• Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are consistently met

• Support Director of Nursing and CNO with effective communication and leadership

Qualifications Must Haves:

Associate's degree in nursing (Bachelors preferred)
Active RN license in the state of North Carolina
American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

️ Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
️ Prior nurse manager or leadership experience
️ Recent hands-on patient care experience
