Position Overview:

The Cardiac Sonographer will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and delivering crucial diagnostic support to physicians. This role requires precision, clinical expertise, and strong collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality echocardiograms for routine, trauma, and critical care patients
Select proper ultrasound techniques and ensure accurate image acquisition
Operate and maintain echo lab equipment and manage daily operations
Collaborate with medical staff and the technical team for optimal patient outcomes
Maintain patient documentation, exam logs, and imaging records
Comply with department policies and accreditation standards

Qualifications:

Required:

• RDCS (via ARDMS), CCI, or CRCS (CARDUP) certification within one year of hire

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred:

• 3+ years of echocardiography experience or equivalent training

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $71,531 - $107,286 (commensurate with experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 - $7,500 for candidates with 3+ years of experience
