About the Role:
HireNow Staffing is seeking three skilled Maintenance Repair Technicians with CNC equipment experience to support 2nd shift operations at a leading advanced manufacturing facility in Syracuse, NY. Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, and grinders

Perform preventative maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime

Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to perform accurate repairs

Maintain records of maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors

Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols across the facility
Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing CNC machines

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Experience with Fanuc or Siemens CNC controls preferred

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance documentation

Comfortable working independently and responding to urgent repair requests during shift

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training is a plus
