Registered Nurse, Med Surgical

HireNow Staffing is currently seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Med Surg team in Boston, MA. As an RN in Med Surg, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive patient outcomes.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Position: Registered Nurse, Med Surg

Schedule: 36 hours - Rotating Day/Night w/ every other weekend/holiday (three 12-hrs. shifts)

Salary: $71,230.00 - $141,017.00

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver nursing care in the Medical Surgical, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients

Communicate with various health care team members, patients, and their families

Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues

Update and manage patient records

Enter and interpret computerized data/information

Follow guidelines and policies established by BMCs nursing organization

Assist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects

Must-Haves

1 One year of RN experience

2 Must have an active or pending Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license or the ability to obtain one.

3 Must be willing to work permanent nights with every other weekend (36hr/week)

Nice-To-Haves

1 More than 2 years of experience

2 Recent Step down, med surg, or ICU experience
