RN Emergency Room

Join our team at HireNow Staffing as a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Room (ER) in Fort Mohave, AZ. As an ER RN, you'll play a critical role in providing rapid assessment and intervention for patients experiencing acute medical emergencies, working collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Position: RN Emergency Room - Full-time

Location: Fort Mohave, AZ 86426

Shift: 12-hour nights

Salary: $72,000.00 - $94,000.00

Bonus Details:

Qualified candidates who commit to a three-year employment agreement will receive a $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

We offer a comprehensive relocation package to assist with the costs of moving to Fort Mohave, AZ.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' medical conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' vital signs and condition, reporting any changes to healthcare team
• Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and self-management techniques
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona
• Minimum of one year of experience in an emergency room setting
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
