HireNow Staffing is actively seeking a Quality Clinical Excellence Specialist (RN) for a hospital in Sanford, NC. This role is critical to supporting and maintaining top-tier care standards, including Heart Failure and Stroke certifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate certification and quality improvement efforts for Heart Failure and Stroke programs

Lead and support hospital-wide compliance with Disease-Specific Care and accreditation standards

Collect, input, analyze, and present QI data (Core Measures, hospital metrics, peer review, etc.)

Educate and support staff in meeting quality and evidence-based practice standards

Drive performance improvement initiatives and lead accreditation survey activities

Participate in interdisciplinary team rounds and serve as a subject matter expert

Lead community outreach related to disease-specific programs
Must-Haves:

Active RN license (required)
Bachelor's degree in nursing (required)

2-3 years of recent hospital-based clinical experience
Preferred:
-
Certified Heart Failure Nurse (CHFN)

Strong knowledge of clinical guidelines for treating stroke, heart failure, and chest pain
