HireNow Staffing is partnering with a nationally recognized engineering firm to find a talented and motivated Project Engineer in Los Angeles, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to contribute to transformative public works and infrastructure projects across Southern California.

About the Role:

As a Project Engineer, you'll support planning, design, and construction phases for civil engineering projects including transportation, utilities, and water resources. You'll work closely with senior engineers and project managers while building your technical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and analysis of civil infrastructure projects.

• Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

• Perform site evaluations, data analysis, and technical report writing.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and public agencies.

• Support permitting, bidding, and construction administration activities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.

• 25 years of civil engineering experience (internships count!).

• EIT certification required; PE license or in-progress is a plus.

• Strong skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
