Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of warranty and product liability matters

• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery

• Appear in court and handle hearings, depositions, and mediations

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on litigation strategy

What We're Looking For:

• J.D. and active bar license in good standing

• 5+ years of litigation experience

• Prior experience in warranty, consumer defense, or product liability preferred

• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
