Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preparation and review of complex individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns

• Manage client engagements, including planning, budgeting, and execution

• Research complex tax issues and provide strategic recommendations

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior and senior accountants

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering proactive tax planning and consulting

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (master's degree in taxation, a plus)
CPA license (active and in good standing)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting tax roles
Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state tax laws
Excellent leadership, communication, and client service skills
