Registered Nurse (RN) Dialysis

HireNow Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Dialysis team in Selma, AL.  As an RN in Dialysis, you will play a vital role in providing specialized care to patients with renal diseases or kidney failure, administering dialysis treatments, and monitoring patients' responses to therapy.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Dialysis

Weekly schedule: Day Shift Monday/Friday - Rotating weekends

Salary: $45,760.00 - $70,928.00

Signing Bonus:

Qualified candidates will receive a $15,000 signing bonus upon completion of the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, or continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) treatments
• Monitor patients' vital signs and laboratory values during dialysis sessions
• Assess patients' vascular access sites and ensure proper care and maintenance
• Educate patients and their families on kidney disease, treatment options, and self-care techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama
• Minimum of one year of experience in dialysis nursing preferred
• Dialysis certification (CDN or CNN) preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

BCLS - Basic Cardiopulmonary Life Support
