Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships

• Develop and implement tax planning strategies for diverse clients

• Supervise and mentor junior and senior accountants

• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws and deadlines

• Participate in business development and client relationship management

What You Bring:

• CPA license (required)

• Bachelor's in accounting; Masters in Tax is a plus

• 6+ years of experience in public accounting

• Strong technical knowledge and client advisory skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team
