This role is fully onsite ideal for someone who values close collaboration, direct partner access, and a strong team culture. You'll be immersed in meaningful commercial litigation matters from day one, gaining hands-on experience with depositions, motion practice, client strategy, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, contractual claims, and multi-party business litigation.

• Conduct and defend depositions, draft and respond to written discovery, and prepare dispositive motions.

• Work directly with partners and clients to shape legal strategies and manage caseloads efficiently.

• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial including pre-trial motions, witness prep, and courtroom presentations.

• Stay abreast of evolving laws and case precedents affecting clients in industries such as healthcare, energy, telecommunications, and financial services.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 6 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial and complex business matters.

• Proven success in deposition work, drafting dispositive motions, and managing discovery independently.

• Highly proficient in legal research, writing, and courtroom presentation.

• Must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee or eligible for admission via waiver.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a confident communication style both in writing and verbally.

• Team-focused, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
