This role is fully onsite ideal for someone who values close collaboration, direct partner access, and a strong team culture. You'll be immersed in meaningful commercial litigation matters from day one, gaining hands-on experience with depositions, motion practice, client strategy, and trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, contractual claims, and multi-party business litigation.

Conduct and defend depositions, draft and respond to written discovery, and prepare dispositive motions.

Work directly with partners and clients to shape legal strategies and manage caseloads efficiently.

Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial including pre-trial motions, witness prep, and courtroom presentations.

Stay abreast of evolving laws and case precedents affecting clients in industries such as healthcare, energy, telecommunications, and financial services.
Ideal Candidate Profile

3 to 6 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial and complex business matters.

Proven success in deposition work, drafting dispositive motions, and managing discovery independently.

Highly proficient in legal research, writing, and courtroom presentation.

Must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee or eligible for admission via waiver.

Strong interpersonal skills and a confident communication style both in writing and verbally.
