Customer Advisor (French) - Hybrid - Timisoara

HireOn Ltd Recruitment is working with a BPO company that is looking to recruit a French-speaking Customer Advisor to join their offices in Timisoara, client ASOS.

The successful candidate will be supporting customers of a brand that involves fashion, beauty products and cosmetics.

Position: Customer Advisor

Location: Timișoara, Romania

Work model: Hybrid model after 2 first months of employment - 2 days a week from home, 3 days a week at the office

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: 3700 - 4800 ron /month net

Meal tickets 30 ron/day

- Christmas Bonus

- Easter Bonus

- Transport allowance 150 ron/month

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support customers by answering inbound calls and messages
• Assist customers with their inquiries, clarify information, research issues and provide optimal solutions
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients, make a positive impact with every contact
• Achieve Key Performance Indicator's (KPIs), that includes timely resolution and quality
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least B2 level of French, both oral and written. Fluent in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
• Ready to take on night shifts on weekly rotation with colleagues in the future
• Customer-focused approach with a friendly and professional manner, understanding of customer concerns
• Ability to function in and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Excellent comprehension and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Interest in the automotive sector will be an advantage.
