We're hiring a Senior Technical SEO Manager to lead and execute our SEO initiatives across a Webflow-based site built with Next.js. You'll manage both strategy and execution - writing content, optimizing site structure, performing audits, and mentoring other SEOs - all in service of a fast-growing medical publication supporting integrative health practitioners and patients around the world.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the technical SEO strategy for a content-driven medical site
• Manage and mentor a small team of SEO specialists or freelancers
• Perform in-depth SEO audits and implement on-site optimizations (speed, accessibility, metadata, indexing, etc.)
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis using tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs
• Plan and execute on-page SEO, including URL structure, internal linking, meta tags, and schema
• Collaborate with content and dev teams to guide content strategy and ensure SEO best practices
• Oversee and improve a Webflow site with Next.js, ensuring performance, structure, and clean code
• Monitor SEO performance metrics and deliver clear, actionable reports
  

Who You Are

• Proven experience leading SEO strategy and managing or mentoring other SEO professionals
• Solid track record with technical SEO, particularly for healthcare, medical, or wellness brands
• Hands-on experience with SEMrush and Ahrefs (must have active accounts)
• Strong understanding of Webflow and Next.js optimization
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to lead both strategy and execution
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
