Our client is seeking a hands-on, strategic Account-Based Marketer (ABM) to drive targeted outbound campaigns that convert. This role focuses on identifying high-value companies based on their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), researching key contacts, and executing personalized outbound messaging via email and LinkedIn.

What You'll Do:

  1. Lead Research & Targeting
    • Identify and prioritize target accounts aligned with the clients Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
    • Use tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, Clearbit, or Crunchbase to source contact data and decision-makers
    • Build segmented lists and align messaging with the unique needs of each account
      
  2. Outbound Campaign Execution
    • Write and deploy customized email sequences and LinkedIn messages to targeted prospects
    • Craft outbound copy that speaks directly to buyer personas and account pain points
    • Test and iterate on outreach strategies to improve engagement and lead conversion
    • Collaborate closely with the client's SDRs to integrate campaigns with sales cadences
      
  3. Campaign Management & Optimization
    • Track ABM campaign performance across KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, booked calls, conversion rates)
    • Report weekly insights and make strategic recommendations to optimize outreach
    • Work with the marketing team to ensure alignment across paid and organic efforts

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, outbound strategy, or ABM roles
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, enterprise personas, and long-cycle buying behavior
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Clearbit
  • Proven ability to write compelling outbound content for cold email and LinkedIn
  • Highly skilled in researching accounts and finding decision-makers using various tools
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, able to manage campaign performance independently
  • Excellent written communication and content structuring skills
  • Strategic thinker who's equally comfortable executing the details
  • Bonus: Familiarity with developer tools, technical audiences, SaaS, or technical audiences
  • Bonus: Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams
