About the Role:

Were seeking a results-driven HubSpot & Clay Automation Specialist to join our fast-growing cybersecurity team. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining automated workflows that drive customer engagement, lead nurturing, and campaign performance across our marketing and sales platforms. Your primary tools will include HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation, and Clay for data enrichment and personalized outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced workflows in HubSpot, including email nurturing, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and task automation.

  • Build and manage Clay automations that support outbound lead generation, data enrichment, and prospect personalization.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create seamless handoffs between lead capture and engagement.

  • Design and monitor dashboards to track the performance of automated campaigns and data accuracy.

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant data privacy regulations in all automations.

  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities across the marketing/sales funnel.

  • Train internal stakeholders on HubSpot and Clay best practices, as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.

  • Experience with Clay (or similar enrichment/automation platforms like Apollo or Clearbit).

  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and sales funnel automation.

  • Experience building scalable workflows using dynamic content and branching logic.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and reporting.

  • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and CRM data hygiene.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Bonus: Prior experience in a cybersecurity or SaaS company.
