What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain automations using tools like Make.com or Zapier
  • Support eCommerce operations, including backend tasks in Shopify (or similar platforms)
  • Provide professional customer support via email or chat
  • Execute and refine administrative and operational tasks with minimal oversight
  • Assist the founder with EA-level support, including scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination
  • Help manage digital workflows, process improvements, and team task tracking
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional team members
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a startup environment
  • Apply your understanding of early-stage healthcare or consumer health brands in decision-making and customer-facing tasks

Who You Are:

  • Proficiency with automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, and other workflow tools
  • Experience supporting early-stage founders, ideally in consumer health or healthcare-related brands
  • Strong background in eCommerce (Shopify preferred)
  • Solid grasp of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI scheduling, data enrichment tools)
  • Executive Assistant experience: calendar management, email handling, and task follow-up
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and confident in navigating ambiguity
  • Comfortable working independently and making judgment calls when needed

Note: The ideal candidate is someone who can wear multiple hats, handle high standards, and thrives in a scrappy, fast-moving startup environment. Bonus points if you're passionate about health, wellness, or consumer health tech.
