About the Role:
Were looking for a versatile and highly motivated Marketing, Sales, and Data Analytics Associate to support the growth of three brands: Simon Industries, Rapid Supplies, and my personal brand. This person will be responsible for turning raw content into impactful digital assets, managing outreach, running analytics, and helping drive strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Content Creation
- Transform raw video/photo content into platform-optimized short clips for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
- Edit, post, and schedule content with variations tailored to each platform.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar and propose new content ideas.
- Track and analyze social media and campaign performance; recommend improvements.
- Write engaging blog posts from topics provided, or create them based on competitor research and market trends.
- Build and deploy email campaigns via Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar tools.
Sales Support & Warm Outreach
- Support warm lead outreach via email and occasional phone follow-ups.
- Help set up introductory meetings and follow up on all inbound/outbound leads.
- Coordinate marketing efforts with sales objectives across brands.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Run reports in Excel using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other formulas.
- Help solve business problems by interpreting data and proposing actionable solutions.
- Execute tasks with high accuracy and accountability, following instructions thoroughly.
You're a great fit if you:
- Are highly organized with strong attention to detail and a great memory.
- Can write clearly and creatively across multiple formats and tones.
- Are proficient with Excel, especially formulas and pivot tables (bonus if you can troubleshoot or find solutions independently).
- Understand how to adapt marketing across different platforms.
- Have a solid grasp of marketing and sales principles and enjoy working across both.
- Are analytical and curious, always looking for ways to improve performance and processes.
- Are proactive, communicative, and reliable with excellent follow-through.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with B2B or product-based businesses
