Responsibilities

• Build, implement, and refine automation workflows to enhance operational processes
• Leverage no-code tools such as Make to develop and maintain automation systems
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to automation workflows
• Create clear documentation of automation procedures and provide training where necessary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with no-code automation platforms, particularly Make
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with an eye for efficient design
• High level of empathy and user-centered thinking when creating automation solutions
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working independently and within a remote team setting
• (Bonus) Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and backend operations for deeper integration of automation workflows

What Youll Be Doing:

• Designing & Enhancing AI Voice Workflows: Leverage no-code tools like Make and Zapier to build and refine AI-driven voice systems.
• Backend Integration: Use APIs, Webhooks, and JavaScript to ensure seamless and effective automation across platforms.
• Client Enablement: Serve as a trusted automation advisor, supporting clients in understanding, optimizing, and troubleshooting their systems.
• Quality Testing: Consistently evaluate and improve automations to maintain top-tier performance.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align automation strategies with business and client objectives.
• Project Management: Handle multiple client initiatives, delivering polished, effective solutions on time.

What Were Looking For:

• Automation Experience: Proficient with no-code tools such as Make, Zapier, or similar.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of backend concepts including APIs, Webhooks, and JavaScript.
• AI Integration Skills: Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT and how to apply them within automated systems.
• Clear Communicator: Capable of breaking down complex systems into simple, client-friendly explanations.
• Analytical Mindset: Passionate about finding creative, effective solutions to new challenges.
• Self-Motivated: Able to manage your workload independently and take ownership of projects.
