About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Success Manager with strong business development acumen to manage and grow strategic client relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who can engage directly with clients, understand their evolving needs, and ensure seamless alignment between client goals and our service delivery. You will play a crucial role in client retention, satisfaction, and growth by serving as the main point of contact and strategic advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth onboarding and ongoing partnership experience.
- Conduct regular calibration meetings with clients to align on expectations, provide performance updates, and proactively resolve concerns.
- Develop deep knowledge of client goals, industry trends, and operational challenges to offer tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to upsell and renewal efforts.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to transition new clients and develop strategies for long-term engagement.
- Track client success metrics, generate performance reports, and recommend process improvements.
- Advocate for the client internally, ensuring that their voice is reflected in product, service, and support decisions.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery and high service quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or business development roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead client-facing meetings and manage high-value relationships.
- Ability to analyze data, build reports, and present insights to clients clearly and persuasively.
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and client success platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in [insert industrye.g., tech, staffing, SaaS, etc.].
- Background in recruitment or talent solutions is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and quality assurance best practices.
