What You'll Do

  • Own and maintain all Notion workspaces, pages, and internal documentation
  • Organize, audit, and improve current systems to ensure clarity, consistency, and functionality
  • Create and manage wikis, SOPs, dashboards, databases, templates, and internal knowledge hubs
  • Be the primary point of contact for all Notion-related needs within the team
  • Support team members by creating or updating pages as requests come in
  • Perform ad hoc tasks for the internal operations team, such as light research, formatting, or tool support
  • Train or onboard new team members on how to effectively use Notion for daily work
    

Who You Are

  • Expert-level proficiency in Notion (you've used databases, relations, rollups, formulas, automations, and more)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a virtual assistant or internal operations role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,  you love structure and systems
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing tasks independently
  • Bonus if you have experience with SOP creation, remote onboarding, or operations support
