What Youll Be Doing:

  • Webflow Development: Design, build, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring high-quality performance and user experience.
  • Website Optimization: Implement best practices for SEO, page speed, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Content Updates: Make regular updates to web pages, blog posts, and other site content as needed.
  • Integrations & Automation: Set up and manage third-party integrations, API connections, and workflow automation within Webflow.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring smooth functionality and minimal downtime.
  • Virtual Assistance: Provide administrative support, such as managing schedules, responding to emails, and handling documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to ensure seamless website updates and improvements.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track website performance, generate reports, and provide insights for optimization.

Who You Need to Be:

  • Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio of past projects.
  • Proficiency in Webflow CMS, animations, and interactions.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic knowledge required).
  • Experience with SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle VA-related tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
