What Youll Be Doing:
- Webflow Development: Design, build, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring high-quality performance and user experience.
- Website Optimization: Implement best practices for SEO, page speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Content Updates: Make regular updates to web pages, blog posts, and other site content as needed.
- Integrations & Automation: Set up and manage third-party integrations, API connections, and workflow automation within Webflow.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring smooth functionality and minimal downtime.
- Virtual Assistance: Provide administrative support, such as managing schedules, responding to emails, and handling documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to ensure seamless website updates and improvements.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track website performance, generate reports, and provide insights for optimization.
Who You Need to Be:
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio of past projects.
- Proficiency in Webflow CMS, animations, and interactions.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic knowledge required).
- Experience with SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle VA-related tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
