Position Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to our team. You will work remotely, providing assistance to our team members who are located in different countries. This is a full-time position with flexible hours, making it ideal for individuals who are looking for a work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our company's databases, including client information and candidate profiles
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews between clients and candidates
- Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare and send out contracts, invoices, and other important documents
- Conduct market research and assist with business development initiatives
- Support our sales team by creating and maintaining sales reports and tracking progress
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract potential clients and candidates
- Provide general administrative support, such as answering emails, organizing files, and managing calendars
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies
- Knowledge of recruitment or sales processes is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
