Work Schedule

Monday to Friday (Philippine Timezone preferred, with some flexibility)

Approx. 3040 hours per week

Occasional availability needed for quick turnarounds or campaign launches
What Youll Do
-
Research industry trends, competitors, and keyword data to help shape content strategy

Draft SEO-optimized blogs, website copy, and social media posts in the brands voice
-
Assist with light graphic design (infographics, thumbnails, banners) using tools like Canva or Adobe
-
Edit and enhance video snippets for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
-
Maintain content calendars and ensure timely publishing via tools like Buffer or HubSpot
-
Update and refresh old content to improve engagement and rankings
-
Collaborate with writers, editors, and marketers to ensure consistency and quality
What Were Looking For

Strong English writing and editing skills with an eye for detail

Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite)
-
Working knowledge of content scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, HubSpot, etc.)
-
Able to follow SEO best practices and use keywords naturally

Basic video editing skills for short-form content (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
-
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
-
Independent and reliable with excellent communication and follow-through
Bonus Points If You Have

Experience working with U.S.-based teams or agencies

Understanding of content funnels, audience segmentation, or campaign targeting

Proficiency in Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or other project management tools

Portfolio of written or multimedia content (blogs, social posts, designs, or videos)
