Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a creative, organized Content Assistant to help power their content engine across blogs, social media, email, and video platforms. Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (Philippine Timezone preferred, with some flexibility)

  • Approx. 3040 hours per week

  • Occasional availability needed for quick turnarounds or campaign launches

What Youll Do

  • Research industry trends, competitors, and keyword data to help shape content strategy

  • Draft SEO-optimized blogs, website copy, and social media posts in the brands voice

  • Assist with light graphic design (infographics, thumbnails, banners) using tools like Canva or Adobe

  • Edit and enhance video snippets for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok

  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely publishing via tools like Buffer or HubSpot

  • Update and refresh old content to improve engagement and rankings

  • Collaborate with writers, editors, and marketers to ensure consistency and quality

What Were Looking For

  • Strong English writing and editing skills with an eye for detail

  • Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite)

  • Working knowledge of content scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Able to follow SEO best practices and use keywords naturally

  • Basic video editing skills for short-form content (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Independent and reliable with excellent communication and follow-through

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working with U.S.-based teams or agencies

  • Understanding of content funnels, audience segmentation, or campaign targeting

  • Proficiency in Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or other project management tools

  • Portfolio of written or multimedia content (blogs, social posts, designs, or videos)
