We're looking for a talented Web Designer to join our clients team. You'll play a key role in improving the company's website, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience that aligns with their refreshed brand identity. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of both UX and UI, and who thrives in environments where collaboration and autonomy are equally valued.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on growth-focused web design projects and understands how to translate strategy into effective design especially if you're excited by challenges like optimizing navigation, clarifying messaging, and increasing user engagement.

What You'll Be Doing
- Redesign the company's homepage as a test project to assess skill (This will be the HW)
- Take ownership of UX and UI improvements, with a priority on:
- Site navigation and accessibility
- Structuring key information for lead generation
- Ensuring clear user flows and better on-site engagement
- Implement branding updates aligned with their December rebrand:
- Incorporate new logo, fonts, and color themes
- Integrate newer visual assets like updated testimonial videos
- Showcase strategic partnerships on the site
- Provide clear communication and project management around what access and assets are needed
- Collaborate with a separate backend team (who manages a custom client portal)
Who You Need to Be
- Strong portfolio that showcases UX and UI design for lead-focused websites
- Experience with Webflow (preferred), WordPress also acceptable
- Ability to work around limited access to the current front end, which is largely managed externally
- Comfortable managing version control, eliminating orphan pages, and clarifying page structure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Able to manage and prioritize tasks independently
- Availability to work during overlapping hours with the client's working hours (timezone TBD)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working on growth or marketing websites
- SEO best practices familiarity (especially as they relate to Webflow or WordPress)
- Visual storytelling skills and ability to work with multimedia content
Hiring Process
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to redesign the homepage of the website as a skill assessment.
