We're hiring a HubSpot Specialist to own the full lifecycle of marketing automation, CRM hygiene, and user segmentation. This role is ideal for someone who is self-sufficient, strategic, and experienced in working across a messy CRM, someone who can step in and not just execute, but recommend and implement better systems.
If you're highly fluent in HubSpot, confident in cleaning and managing large datasets, and understand how lifecycle marketing connects to backend infrastructure, we want to work with you.

What You'll Do:
1. Data Hygiene & Contact Management
- Resolve duplicate or merged contacts, especially those incorrectly tied to the same email or IP
- Properly link contacts to account IDs and ensure all user data is consistently formatted
- Conduct regular audits to prevent CRM bloat and errors
2. Automation & Workflow Design
- Build, test, and manage HubSpot workflows, including:
- Drip campaigns
- Segmentation flows
- Lifecycle journeys
- Set up and maintain a clean data infrastructure to ensure marketing campaigns run reliably
3. Strategic Support & Marketing Enablement
- Offer proactive insights and troubleshoot CRM issues with minimal oversight
- Provide guidance on best practices for campaign architecture and user engagement
- Act as a HubSpot SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the internal marketing team
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (admin-level or implementation specialist preferred)
- Proven track record in CRM data cleanup, automation design, and contact segmentation
- Able to operate independently without needing close oversight or direction
- Strong analytical thinking, you can spot patterns, clean inconsistencies, and build structure from a mess
- Excellent communicator who can explain HubSpot logic to non-technical stakeholders
- Bonus: Experience working in healthcare, lab services, or regulated environments
