About the Role

Our client, a growing player in the e-commerce and distribution space, is looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Administrative and Sales Support Specialist to join their remote team. This is an incredible opportunity to play a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting sales, marketing, and operations teams that work with top-tier manufacturers and resellers in North America.

The role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working independently, and is passionate about helping teams run smoothly by managing quotes, updating CRMs, and handling essential data and content workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Admin Support

  • Assist Territory Managers and Resellers in processing product quotes

  • Perform data entry, especially focused on merchandising resellers

  • Update internal databases, including CRM and Sales & Commission tracking

  • Analyze lead data using the Bond Finder platform and support outbound efforts

  • Organize and distribute key reports from Amazon and other platforms

Sales Enablement Tasks

  • Maintain and update the Product Information Management (PIM) system

  • Coordinate reseller content setup and updates (e.g., Essendant, Grainger)

  • Support scorecard tracking for resellers and provide insights to internal teams

  • Contribute to SOP documentation and process improvements

  • Support project management using ClickUp or similar tools

Marketing & Outreach

  • Schedule and post approved content on social media channels

  • Track and follow up on outreach email campaigns and engagement metrics

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Strong attention to detail accuracy is everything in this role

  • Comfortable with tools like Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and CRMs

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or PIM systems is a plus

  • Proactive and highly dependable you show up and follow through

  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to established systems

Working Hours

  • Full-time: MondayFriday

  • Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

  • Occasional weekend support may be requested
