Our client is a rapidly growing SaaS platform helping businesses improve their search engine visibility through innovative CTR optimization techniques. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team and help drive our next phase of growth while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

This is a unique opportunity to wear multiple hats in a growing business. You'll split your time between managing our customer support operations and working with the business owners to drive our SEO and business growth initiatives. This is a remote position with flexible hours, requiring approximately 8 hours per day.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Customer Success (20-30% of time)

  • Manage customer support desk (~1-2 hours daily)
  • Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels
  • Help customers optimize their campaigns for best results
  • Identify and document common customer issues and solutions
  • Contribute to improving our support documentation

2. SEO & Growth (70-80% of time)

  • Execute and optimize our SEO strategy with guidance
  • Execute on growth opportunities across multiple channels
  • Research competitor strategies and market trends
  • Test and implement new growth initiatives
    

Who You Are

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Comfortable learning and using new tools and technologies
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with AI tools and willingness to leverage them
  • Background in SEO or digital marketing
  • Experience with SaaS products
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
