Our client is a rapidly growing SaaS platform helping businesses improve their search engine visibility through innovative CTR optimization techniques. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team and help drive our next phase of growth while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This is a unique opportunity to wear multiple hats in a growing business. You'll split your time between managing our customer support operations and working with the business owners to drive our SEO and business growth initiatives. This is a remote position with flexible hours, requiring approximately 8 hours per day.

What You'll Be Doing
1. Customer Success (20-30% of time)
- Manage customer support desk (~1-2 hours daily)
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels
- Help customers optimize their campaigns for best results
- Identify and document common customer issues and solutions
- Contribute to improving our support documentation
2. SEO & Growth (70-80% of time)
- Execute and optimize our SEO strategy with guidance
- Execute on growth opportunities across multiple channels
- Research competitor strategies and market trends
- Test and implement new growth initiatives
Who You Are
Required Skills & Qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Comfortable learning and using new tools and technologies
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with AI tools and willingness to leverage them
- Background in SEO or digital marketing
- Experience with SaaS products
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
