Your Role

Email Marketing & Klaviyo Management

• Strategize, build, and optimize email campaigns automation, promotions, and retention flows included.
• Use segmentation and personalization techniques to boost engagement and conversions.
• Track key performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions), and refine campaigns through A/B testing.
• Maintain and manage the email content calendar for timely, high-impact messaging.
• Ensure best practices in all Klaviyo setups and executions.

Graphic & Email Design (This is Key!)

• Design clean, on-brand, visually compelling emails that reflect our brand voice and aesthetic.
• Create bold, scroll-stopping graphics for emails, ads, and social media (Figma + Photoshop required).
• Deliver high-converting creative assets that are as strategic as they are beautiful.

What Were Looking For

• Proven Klaviyo expertise, especially in eCommerce email marketing.
• Strong design skills email design is your superpower, and implementation comes second nature.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Canva (or similar tools).
• Bonus: Experience in designing for social media and digital ads.
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset you know how to read the numbers and optimize accordingly.
