Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven prospecting strategies to identify and engage potential clients interested in offshore staffing solutions
- Utilize LinkedIn, email, and other digital platforms for targeted outreach (no cold calling)
- Conduct in-depth research on prospects and their industries to personalize engagement, focusing on companies that could benefit from offshore talent in the Philippines and Latin America
- Create and optimize multi-touch outreach campaigns with compelling messaging highlighting the benefits of offshore hiring
- Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or similar frameworks
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoffs and pipeline progression
- Maintain meticulous records of all prospecting activities in our CRM system
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and meetings set
- Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance metrics and feedback
- Contribute to shaping and improving Hire Scout's overall sales process
- Provide insights and feedback to help optimize our sales strategies and tools, particularly in relation to offshore staffing solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales development or lead generation, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or related industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and other digital prospecting platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Resilient and persistent, with the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Innovative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas for process improvement in offshore recruiting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in finding and engaging US-based clients interested in offshore staffing solutions
- Familiarity with complex B2B sales processes and long sales cycles, particularly in the staffing and recruiting industry
- Proficiency in using and maximizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Understanding of ideal customer profiling and account-based marketing principles
- Additional language skills relevant to Latin American markets (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese)
- Knowledge of offshore hiring trends and practices, particularly in the Philippines and Latin America
Key Performance Indicators
- Number of qualified opportunities generated per month
- Conversion rate from prospect to qualified lead
- Number of meetings scheduled for Account Executives
- Quality of leads as measured by conversion rates further down the pipeline
- Contributions to sales process improvements and best practices in offshore recruiting

Location
This internal Hire Scout position is open to residents of Latin America. We offer a flexible, remote work arrangement with occasional virtual team meetings.
