Senior Funds Lawyer international Law firm

We are happy to represent a well-known international Law firm in Luxembourg.They provide top-quality legal services on different matters.They also have 15 offices over the world.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented experienced Funds Lawyer with 6-12 years of experience to join their dynamic team. The level of positions will be proposed depends on your experience, as we have open role from Senior Associate until Counsel level.

Your responsibilities:

• You will be in charge of advising clients in all Legal Funds matters
• Stay updated on evolving regulatory frameworks and market trends affecting investment funds
• Supervise and manage more Junior Lawyers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

Qualification:

• You have 6-12 years of experience in Investment Funds team in Law firm in Luxembourg
• You are already qualified/ registered with EU Bar or Luxembourgish Bar
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• You are fluent in English; French or German consider as high asset
