Banking and Finance Lawyer international Law firm

We are happy to represent an international Law firm in Luxembourg.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Banking and Finance Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of banking transactions , financial instruments.Their team specialises in different types of lending and borrowing transactions, Fund finance and Capital Markets and collaborate mainly with international clients.

Your responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and related transaction documents.
• To advise clients on a wide range of banking and finance matters, including different transactions, refinancing and financing.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in managing complex transactions and projects.
• Support Junior members of the team.
• Maintain and foster client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Qualification:

• You have 2-5 years of experience in Banking and Finance matters, experience with Fund Finance and Capital Markets will consider as high asset. We also have a Senior role for 5-9 years of experience
• You are already registered with Bar or completed CCDL
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• You are fluent in English; French or German consider as high asset
