Hiretage Partners is collaborating with a International group, leader in the Automotive Industry.

In order to reinforce the Quality team, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Coordinator.

What will you do ?

Support maintenance efforts by prioritizing "schedule break" (priority 1) repairs to help minimize unexpected downtime.
Analyze downtime data to identify the equipment or items contributing most to productivity losses, and develop actions to reduce future disruptions.
Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams, including supervisors and operators, to find and implement improvement opportunities aimed at preventing or reducing downtime.
Assist with maintenance planning as needed, helping to assess repair strategies and optimize maintenance plans.
Work alongside equipment manufacturers and external vendors to offer additional support to operations and maintenance teams, enhancing repair efficiency.
Manage the spare parts inventory, deciding which parts are essential to ensure the facility operates smoothly and reliably.
Conduct maintainability assessments to reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and boost repair efficiency.
Lead the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) program; pinpoint actions to prevent recurrence of issues, track them to completion, and verify their effectiveness.

Who are you ?

Degree in Electrical, Electrotechnical, or Mechanical Engineering
A first experience in an Industrial environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with robotics (Fanuc) and proficiency in programming languages (Siemens...)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in English, with knowledge of French and/or German
