Engineer - Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) - Automotive Industry

Hiretage Partners is collaborating with a International group, leader in the Automotive Industry.

In order to reinforce their team, we are currently looking for a CMM Engineer.

What will you do ?

• Take ownership of planning and executing measurement tasks with CMM (Coordinate-Measuring Machines).
• Program and operate CMM machines to perform inspections and precise measurements.
• Prepare detailed CMM reports and conduct statistical analyses.
• Oversee and train inspection personnel, ensuring best practices in inspection methodologies.
• Develop and implement innovative processes for upcoming machinery and equipment.
• Conduct metrology activities, including creating calibration plans, calibrating internal equipment, and collaborating with suppliers.
• Act as the primary contact for gauge management and maintenance.

Who are you ?

• Experience with Coordinate-Measuring Machines (CMM)
• Bachelors degree in engineering or similar education
• 5+ years of experience in automotive industry
• Fluent in English, French or German are a plus
• Familiar with LEAN principles and process optimization methodologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Leadership capacity
• Knowledge of Minitab
