In order to reinforce the Quality team, we are currently looking for a Quality Engineer.

What will you do ?

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers on all quality-related issues, particularly in handling technical complaints for serial production projects.
• Monitor quality objectives and determine necessary corrective actions.
• Manage complaints and resolve issues using the 8D problem-solving process.
• Coordinate and prepare documentation for process and product approvals (PPAP).
• Participate actively in audits and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) meetings.

What you will bring ?

• Min 3-5 years experience in Quality
• Expertise in quality tools and problem-solving (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys...)
• Familiarity with IATF 16949.
• An experience in Automotive Projects
• Fluent in French and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
