Product Owner - Glass Industry (EN/DE) (L987369Y)

We are currently looking for a Product Owner, German speaker and having experience in Glass Manufacturing industry.

This is an exciting position in a context of growth and innovation, working hand-in-hand with skilled and dynamic people who love their jobs !

What will you do ?



• Oversee Product Development projects from initial concept to SOP, 
• Lead a team of Product Development Engineers and work with both internal and external partners.
• Serve as the expert in the assigned technology and product family across the organization.
• Act as the primary contact for the Product Manager, providing market insights and product roadmap guidance
• Develop R&D strategies to ensure product maturity is achieved within the designated timeline and budget.
• Establish development budgets for your product family and manage all related activities within those financial constraints.

Who are you ?

• A Masters or Bachelors degree in engineering, physics, optics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in a similar role with demonstrated career growth.
• Fluent in English AND German
• Extensive background in automotive supply, including expertise in materials like glass, coatings, and optics.
• Strong product design experience, including proficiency in GD&T and DFMEA.
• Solid understanding of automotive testing and performance specifications.
